Our compressors are manufactured utilising proven and tested materials and components manufactured for large industrialapplications. This keeps the production costs down. Safety is ensured by the built in pressure relief valves, an automatic over pressure cut off system in the final stage and protection curcuits for the electric motor.
The high capacity (up to 450 Lt/min) is reached using large, oversize pistons as opposed to high speed.
The reliability comes from a simple 3 stage (pistons and cylinders) design. The low revolution (RPM) and use of high quality materials with effective pressure lubrication in the final stage, ensure that wear and tear is kept to a minimum.
At L&W, an economical and reasonably priced compressor, does not mean a compromise in quality.
Simple operation is guaranted by automatic end pressure cut off switches. The condensation accumulated between stages is automatically bled off. Daily checks are simplified by a window indicating oil level and easy to read running hours counters.
Ease of maintenance is ensured by good accessibility to filter housings and all components requiring service.
The simple but sturdy design allows operation and ease of maintenance under any conditions.
Where the compressors separate from the filling station, we offer remote filling consoles in various configurations with automatic hose venting and „safe“ non-whip filling adapters.
Pure, dry breathing air is guaranteed using active charcoal filters for oil removal and molecular sieves for moisture removal.
