We have equipped our reliable LW 450 compressor with a diesel drive for use on Boats or in remote areas without a reliable mains power supply. The unique design of this unit allows the filling process to take place with little supervision.
The diesel driven unit has a single cylinder Hatz engine, with easy hand starting lever and valve decompression. The engine speed is set on the manual lever. Housed in a stainless steel frame, the simple but reliable design makes it ideal for marine applications where the ingress or salt water into and onto the housing cannot be excluded.
The filter housing is located near the top of the compressor housing making filter changes an easy procedure to perform.
Features:
- Self contained unit, hand start Hatz D81, 10.5 kW Motor with manual speed lever and valve decompression for easy starting.
- Original Hatz diesel tank, (capacity approx. 2 hours operation)
- Stainless steel frame
- All pistons with piston rings
- Low pressure oil pump
- Oil/water separators after each stage, safety valve for each stage
- Breathing air purification in accordance with EN 12021, filter capacity 900 m³ at 20°C (approx. 33 running hours)
- Pressure maintaining and non-return valve
- filling hoses with filling valves and connections (please state desired connections), and/or HP outlet
