Compressor with Diesel Drive

We have equipped our reliable LWS 450 compressor with a diesel drive for use on Boats or in remote areas without a reliable mains power supply. The unique design of this unit allows the filling process to take place with little supervision.
The unit is started with it’s own electric starter (12v generator & battery), and after a short warm up period, automatically starts the filling procedure. The diesel runs at full working speed during the entire filling process. Once the filling pressure is reached, the diesel unit switches automatically over the idle speed and automatically bleeds off the collected condensation. Having replaced the full cylinders with empties, the diesel automatically picks up speed and the cycle starts over again. The air cooled single cylinder Diesel engine is a Hatz unit in a special silent pack. This makes it a silent running, dependable and robust unit with low maintenance.
The filter housing is located near the top of the compressor housing making filter changes an easy procedure to perform. The electric circuitry is splash resistant making it ideal for marine applications

- Self contained unit, ready to start with Hatz 1D81C, 10.5 kW Motor in Hatz Silent Pack with 12V electrical/pneumatic compressor control
- Original Hatz diesel tank, (capacity approx. 2 hours operation)
- Operating panel with key start/stop, condensation drain test, pressure gauge, speed selector, hours counter, diesel motor oil pressure and battery warning lamp
- Automatic idle speed selector and condensation drain when end pressure is reached, (compressor switches to full speed and drain valves close when empty tanks are opened)
- Sturdy steel frame, powder coated in RAL 6026
- All pistons with piston rings
- Low pressure oil pump
- Oil/water separators after each stage, safety valve for each stage
- Breathing air purification in accordance with EN 12021, filter capacity 900 m³ at 20°C (approx. 33 running hours)
- Pressure maintaining and non-return valve
- filling hoses with filling valves and connections (please state desired connections), and/or HP outlet
